Juniper Residence
This modern style single-family residence sits nestled into the Morro Bay hillside while enjoying panoramic ocean views. The modestly sized 1,400 square foot two-bedroom home includes a wrap around deck with glass railing and an intimate yard space with a fire pit for those crisp California evenings.
Buckley Residence
Situated on a 3-acre property in San Luis Obispo, this farm style ranch house with wrap around porch takes advantage of the views overlooking a farming valley. In addition to the 1,200 square foot 2-bedroom/2-bathroom residence and four-car garage, this project also included a 1,000 square foot detached workshop and a 450 square foot second-story art studio.
commercial PROJECTS
Price Street Hotel
Designed in a contemporary style for a local developer, the Price Street Hotel is a boutique Three-Story Hotel with rooftop bar and grill. With 14 guest suites, an automated concierge and guest check-in system, this Hotel aims to upgrade the hospitality industry by integrating an Airbnb-style ease of use model with the service and setting of a luxury hotel.
Shopping Center
Remodel
This project entailed a complete redesign of the exterior façade on a shopping center retail store. In addition to updating the building with a new elegant look, this project also required that the tenant be open during construction. Working closely with the client and contractor, our team was able to coordinate a phased construction approach with on-hand construction administration to keep the project on schedule.
Skyway Office
Building
This contemporary styled office building includes 20,000 square feet of leasable office space spread over two floors. The client built this project as the corporate headquarters for their local agriculture business.
Bonita Office Building
This Spanish styled office building was designed as the corporate offices for a local farmer whose family has been farming the Santa Maria Valley for over 100 years. The two-story building has 15,000 square feet of office space with large covered balconies to take advantage of the great weather.
INDUSTRIal PROJECTS
Brea Box Warehouse
Located on an 8-acre site, this project included a new 41,000 square foot box warehouse and associated office spaces. The building was designed and constructed using an engineered metal building structure.
R + D
Facility
This project includes a 14,000 square foot research and development facility for an agricultural technology company that needed access to field testing. Designed as an engineered metal building with insulated metal panel exterior walls, the building needed to balance both functionality and design.
Ice Manufacturing
Addition
Located on a tight site near the heart of the city, this ice distribution facility wanted to expand their operations to produce their product onsite. Although just a small 3,000 square foot addition, the site shape, location, operation requirements, and distribution maneuvering clearances made this an intricate and complex project.
